the quality of people in an organization.
Poor job interviews methods result in poor selection, which undermines organizational capabilities, wastes management time, and increases staff turnover.A job interview typically precedes the hiring decision, and is used to evaluate the candidate. The interview is usually preceded by the evaluation of submitted resume from interested candidates, then selecting a small number of candidates for interview.A common type of job interview in the modern workplace is the behavioral interview or behavioral event interview, also called a competency-based interview. This type of interview is based on the notion that a job candidate's previous behaviors are the best indicators of future performance. In behavioral interviews, the interviewer asks candidates to recall specific instances where they were faced with a set of circumstances, and how they reacted.

Job interview skill on the interviewing techniques on a preparation, before you walk into any interview, you should know as much about the company and the position as you possibly can. If you found the position through a placement agency, they should be able to provide that information for you. If not, search the web or go to the library.
After you have studied the company, write out a list of questions to ask the employer.

From my point of view, job interview skill is the skill needed by fresh graduates to persuade the future employer that they have the skills, education background and ability to do the job. Most of the companies needed several special features such as fluently spoken in multi-languages, good communicator and have the ability to work as a team. To fulfill the company's need, as a future employee, the fresh graduates must fit themselves with the special features before applying any jobs.
The vital of all, during interview: first impression. Generally the first five minutes of the interview is the time for the employer to get the first impression of the candidate. Secondly, a job interview is an opportunity to show your competence, education, skill and enthusiasm. Third, if you are not adequately prepared, whatever is on your resume will count for nothing. You have to convince the employer that you have something special to present to the organization. Don’t leave this to chance – prepare and prepare well. Go over and practice any questions you think might be tricky to answer at the interview. Keep practicing until you can express your answers comfortably. Lastly. we must remove feelings of doubt when go to the any interviews. This can cause the interviewer well detect us. With this in mind, continually seek to convince the interviewer that you are the ideal candidate.

Personality also plays a major role. if our interests and personality fit, we will have a high chance. Our performance in the work presented is also a bonus. Our attitude in the workplace and the environment also plays an important role. This will facilitate communication between employees when we work later. slain, the availability we have to increase our merit. lastly, the reference work's first college graduate in which we are important to employers reference

A job interview skills is a process to communication between employer and employee, it is very important for employee to prepare themselves before they go to the interview. Good communication is the key to a good interview, we need to know what we want and why we are there, and be able to convey the employer. We are trying to convince the employer that we would be a positive and beneficial addition to their company or business. On the other hand, we have to make a good first impression to employer. Otherwise, before we come to interview we must learn as much as we can about the company.

The interview process involves the most important employment skills but getting a new job can be easy.Good interview techniques are one of the principal employment skills. Interview techniques can be learnt or acquired by preparation, forethought and practice.Job interview techniques fall into two categories. It is techniques for potential employment candidates but also the techniques that are required for interviewing potential employees. In many respects similar techniques are required for both. When interview offers are received, employment candidates need to re-assess the jobs on offer and make the final decision on whether to commit to the interview process or not.

Job interview skills include job search strategies, job application letter, resume writing, the interview and reading articles. The job search is all about marketing yourself to potential employers. You must know what you have to offer each employer. Job application letter include cover letter workbook which is a letter, well written and concise, that accompanies your resume when looking for employment. The basic purpose of the resume is to communicate your experience, skills and education related to a specific position to an employer. Besides, the interview is an opportunity for both the employer and the applicant to gather information. The employer wants to know if you, the applicant, have the skills, knowledge, self-confidence and motivation necessary for the job.

The job interview is considered one of the most useful tools for evaluating potential employee.
One principal requirement for a job interview is creating a good first impression. A well dressed, neat and clean candidate is over the first hurdle immediately, Interview preparation. The amount of preparation is really dependent upon the job. A warehouse employee or shop assistant may well only spend a few minutes researching the company, but a potential manager or professional should spend several hours preparing for interview, Plan how to get to the interview and have details of the company location and contact telephone details. Employers may send maps detailing their location but it is always a good idea to conduct independent research on this.

Job interview skills are the skills or techniques that the interviewee should have during their interview session in order to get their dream job or promoting themselves to be promoted from the lower rank to a higher rank in the company. Usually, these skills are needed by the fresh graduates from the university to persuade the future employer that they have the skills and ability to do the job for the company.
These skills are usually acquired by the interviewees, either formally or informally before they attend the interviews. By making such preparations, they will have better advantage over others during the interview. They will be able to impress their employers since they will do well during the interview. Among the skill which can be prepare or learn before the interviews are :
1. Dress properly (wear suitable attire such as neck tie, long pants and long sleeve shirts)
2. Appear Confident (answer the question with confident)
3. Be Prepared (investigate, learn and get to know some of the information of the company)
4. Answer and Ask! Question (to show that we are so interest in the job and the company)
5. Follow Up (follow up about what happen to the company either during their glory or sad time, Incase the interviewer discusses some of outline topic)

An interview means a face to face interaction between the interviewer and the candidates so as to obtain desired information from them. It can also be defined as a way of exchanging meanings between individuals by using a common set of symbols. Interviews generally need a preparation. Job interviews seem frightening, even if the individual is well prepared. Interviews have a definite structure. Clear communication should take place during an interview. All interviews have a definite purpose familiar to the interviewer and the candidate/interviewee.

Even if the interviewer does not agree with the interviewee, he must respect the latter’s feelings. The interviewer should be friendly and understanding. He should begin the interview in a friendly manner, some friendly conversation and then show concern in family background, hobbies, etc. This will make the interviewee more relaxed and comfortable.
The interviewer should restrain to the time allotted. He shouldn’t indulge in arguments unnecessarily. He should try to be precise.
The interviewer must be thoroughly prepared for the questions that are likely to be asked. He should be a good planner.
The interviewer must focus attention on the interviewee. lastly, use positive gestures when conducting the interview.

Here some article to support my idea:

Prepare
Prepare a response so you are ready for the question "What do you know about our company. Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview. If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.
Get Ready
Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with copies of your resume. Include a pen and paper for note taking.
